WARRANTY: Architectural Windows & Doors as a participating member of the AWA Accreditation Program, provides a 7 year Guarantee against faulty workmanship and materials. 

  • Material and Workmanship defects relating to product assembly, faulty material
  • Faults relating (but not limited) to:
    Misuse; incorrect installation of products; breakage occurring during site work; wear and tear; improper maintenance
    - are not covered by the warranty
  • Hardware with moving parts is covered by a manufacturer's warranty specific to the hardware
  • Most hardware has a 12 month manufacturing warranty

Service Requests: Only products previously supplied by Architectural Windows & Doors can be serviced.

  • If a service is requested and fault is not covered by warranty - labour fees and cost of parts may apply
  • Proof of purchase may be required
  • A quote will be provided prior to work commencing

If a service or assessment is performed and fault is deemed out of warranty - labour and callout fees may apply

  • Callout: $150 +GST (includes first hour of labour)
  • Labour: $75 +GST per hour
  • Cost of parts is additional

Alternatively: We can provide details of 3rd party repairers who specialise in window and door repair
