After living in our current house for just over eight years and having our windows supplied by another manufacturer, I just recently replaced all the worn out rollers, considering the windows hardly get opened, I was disappointed that I had to do this.
As a builder, it's very annoying having to do this sort of maintenance on our own home. I guess you get what you pay for, to anyone considering building a home for themselves, take the time to research the quality of the windows you are putting in your home.
