Established in 2002, Architectural Windows & Doors based its manufacturing facility in Brendale to fabricate made-to-order windows and doors with a focus on quality and expertise gained from 15 years of prior specialised industry knowledge. In 2007 a dedicated showroom was opened in Milton, central Brisbane. This showroom has been renovated and reopened in 2021 with the latest products on display and professional sales team to assist you with your window and door selection.
The workmanship and on-site attention to detail has earned trust with clients and a reputation as a leading window and door supplier for high-end residential buildings.
How we work
Quotations
To
prepare
an
accurate
quotation,
clients
need
to
submit
building
plans,
energy
reports
and
window
and
door
schedule
to
be
reviewed
by
our
sales
team.
These
documents
are
cross-referenced
to
form
a
product
schedule
which
is
then
entered
into
our
estimation
system
to
produce
an
quote
with
an
elevation
view
per
item.
The
quotation
submitted
to
you
for
review
and
any
questions
you
have
are
discussed.
Amended
versions
of
the
quote
are
sent
as
items
are
revised
as
needed.
Placing the Order
Once
you
are
ready
to
proceed
with
the
order,
confirm
with
the
sales
team
that
you
wish
to
go
ahead
and
confirm
any
optional
extra
that
you
want
included.
These
details
will
be
passed
to
our
administration
team
who
will
prepare
the
finalised
quotation
for
electronic
signature
and
send
this
to
you
via
Adobe
Sign
along
with
any
other
relevant
information
and
the
invoice
for
deposit
will
be
sent.
After
the
deposit
and
signed
quote
is
received
back
to
us,
material
and
hardware
is
organised
for
your
order
and
a
site
measure
/
meeting
to
discuss
the
order
is
arranged.
Product Manufacture
After
your
order
is
confirmed,
manufacture
sizes
for
each
product
is
determined
either
by
site
measure
(once
structural
openings
are
built)
or
by
sizes
agreed
with
the
builder.
Site
measure
should
occur
5-7
business
days
following
receipt
of
the
deposit
to
meet
the
estimated
lead
time.
After
the
site
measure,
a
copy
of
the
notes
taken
at
site
with
any
alterations
to
dimensions
or
configuration
are
sent
to
the
builder.
Note:
Manufacture
sizes
where
the
dimensions
change
less
than
100mm
from
those
shown
on
the
quotation
is
considered
within
range
and
will
not
incur
a
credit
or
charge.
Glass
is
ordered
cut-to-size
and
extrusions
are
cut.
Any
changes
made
after
site-measure
will
incur
associated
costs.
Delivery and Site Work
Once
the
order
of
products
is
nearing
completion
and
a
delivery
date
can
be
scheduled
based
on
the
order's
progress,
an
invoice
claim
will
be
sent
which
relates
to
the
stage
of
the
order
being
supplied.
For
a
supply-only
order
this
will
be
the
final
claim
of
the
remaining
amount
less
deposit
and
progress
claims
received.
If
insect
or
security
screens
are
included
in
the
order
these
are
either
factory
fitted
due
to
site-access
or
site-fitted
to
minimise
damage.
If
included
with
the
order,
on-site
installation
will
be
charged
as
final
claim
of
up
to
10%
of
the
total
value.
Payment
is
required
prior
to
the
advised
delivery
day.
Extras
/
Variations
to
the
confirmed
order
require
the
full
claim
to
be
paid
prior
to
delivery
