Non-warranty servicing and repairs
 

Our company does not offer a mobile adjustment /  repair service for non-warranty issues with your windows and doors. Refer to this article: 3rd party window/door repair 

Please read the information about the Product Guarantee & Warranty for clarification of warranty and non-warranty items.

Some adjustments to the products such as sliding door rollers can be performed by the user and we are happy to provide information and guides for this.

We will not send staff to site to make adjustments or repairs from normal s and wear and tear.

For these types of requests, we will refer to our records and the notes from handover service and assess on a per case basis.
We may advise that you contact a 3rd party window/door repair service local, refer to this article for a starting point.

  • The call-out / travel fee; parts if required; initial assessment cost will be sent as a pro-forma invoice and payment is required to confirm the appointment.
  • Non-Warranty: Vehicle Callout Fee: $195 + GST View

    Note: Additional travel charges will apply for service calls outside of the Brisbane Service Zone
  • Non-Warranty Labour: $95 + GST per hour/ per staff member required (removing door panels require at least 2 staff members)
  • Non-Warranty Cost of parts is additional to Labour charges
  • We do not service products that we have supplied which are outside of the Service Region
