Orders: cancellation

If you need to cancel your order after it is placed, please inform the sales representative immediately followed by your request in writing.
Depending on the progress of the order, costs associated with the order such as materials, labour and administration will be deducted from the deposit paid. This may result in a portion or none of the deposit amount to be refunded.
Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacture sizes are confirmed.
